About Glara
Glara is AI search, fine-tuned for ecommerce. When someone asks ChatGPT what to buy, we make sure our customers’ products get found and recommended. Glara then acts on it, pushing AI-generated changes directly into a brand’s ecommerce systems and tying them to revenue. Founded by experienced operators and backed by top-tier investors and industry angels, we’ve grown fast since launching last year.
About the role
We’re looking for a product-minded full-stack engineer to own features end to end, from problem to production. You’ll shape both our product roadmap and our technical direction, with the autonomy to make real decisions and the support to ship your ideas fast. AI agents are your multiplier: you decide what to build, build it, and stand behind the quality.

AI agents are your leverage. They write most of the code and kill the busywork, so your energy goes to judgment, taste, and shipping.
Product and design set the direction, then get out of your way. The how is yours to figure out.
We ship fast, learn from real users, and cut what doesn’t work. What counts is impact people actually feel.
What you’ll do
Build the Glara app and shape how ecommerce brands win on AI surfaces.
Ship to users every week, across the full stack.
Own your code in production and keep it reliable.
Improve how we work with agents: specs, evals, and internal workflows.
Work directly with founders on roadmap, UX, and architecture.
What you’ll need
You’ve built real things across the stack, at a company or in serious side projects. What you’ve shipped matters more than years on your CV.
A product mindset: you think in problems and outcomes, not tickets.
Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy; you like defining what to build and how.
You already build with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar) and want to push the practice further.
Excellent communication and collaboration.
Shipped features powered by modern LLMs or AI APIs.
Nice to have
Experience with ecommerce, search, or analytics systems.
Early-stage startup experience.
