Glara is AI search, fine-tuned for ecommerce. When someone asks ChatGPT what to buy, we make sure our customers’ products get found and recommended. Glara then acts on it, pushing AI-generated changes directly into a brand’s ecommerce systems and tying them to revenue. Founded by experienced operators and backed by top-tier investors and industry angels, we’ve grown fast since launching last year.
About the role
You work directly with our founders on whatever matters most that week. Someone hands you a problem that isn't clearly defined yet, you figure it out, and you see it through, across growth, sales, product and ops.
What you'll do
Run projects end to end, from the first bit of analysis to the thing actually being live.
Move between growth, sales, product and ops depending on where we need you.
Do research on our market, our customers and our competitors.
Dig into our numbers and come back with a clear recommendation.
Prep the decisions the founders need to make, then make sure what we agreed on actually happens.
Build processes where there are none, and fix the ones slowing us down.
Pick up whatever is urgent and has no owner yet.
What you'll need
0–3 years of experience. This is an early-career role.
A strong degree from a good university.
Prior experience through internship or job in consulting, banking, PE, or a fast-growing tech company.
You write and speak clearly.
You take ownership, you're ambitious, and you learn fast.
You're fine working without a playbook.
