Glara is AI search, fine-tuned for ecommerce. When someone asks ChatGPT what to buy, we make sure our customers’ products get found and recommended. Glara then acts on it, pushing AI-generated changes directly into a brand’s ecommerce systems and tying them to revenue. About the role
You work directly with our CEO and the other founders on the projects that matter most to the company. You take our biggest priorities, bring structure to them, and get them done across the whole team.
What you'll do
Lead company-critical projects across teams, on your own.
Turn the CEO's priorities into plans with clear owners and numbers attached.
Prep the big decisions with real analysis and commercial judgement.
Pull execution together across growth, sales, product, ops and finance.
Spot where the company is getting stuck and build the process that fixes it.
Keep the founders' top priorities on track and everyone pointed the same way.
Own the sensitive, high-impact projects that don't sit in one team.
Build out the CEO Office as we scale.
What you'll need
2–6 years of experience, with a track record of running complex projects. We stay flexible for exceptional people.
A background in a CEO Office, strategy and ops, top-tier consulting, investing, banking or a high-growth tech company.
You move between strategy and hands-on work without friction.
Good commercial judgement and a feel for how companies scale.
Strong analysis, clear communication, and you handle people well.
You give a second opinion to the ideas of the founders.
You get people moving without having authority over them.
