About
Alpinestars makes protective gear and apparel for motorcycle riders and motorsports.
Alpinestars sells online through eu.alpinestars.com. It worked with Glara in one market for three months before rolling the work out more broadly.
Starting point
Shoppers ask ChatGPT and Gemini which gear to buy, and Alpinestars wanted its products in those answers.
In May 2026, the benchmark month, Glara measured Alpinestars' brand visibility at 41% in ChatGPT and 50% in Gemini. May also set the baseline for AI traffic and AI-attributed revenue.
What they did
The team applied 1,181 optimizations across 794 products in three months.
Glara found where product pages lacked the information AI assistants use to recommend products. It then generated optimizations for product descriptions, metadata and FAQs. Alpinestars reviewed and approved the changes, and Glara applied them directly to the store.

Results
AI-attributed revenue reached 6.1x its May level by August, delivering a 31x return on investment.
AI traffic reached 2.9x its May level. Brand visibility rose on both engines: ChatGPT +21 points (41% to 62%) and Gemini +31 points (50% to 81%). The number of SKUs selling via AI grew 5.5x, so AI recommendations now reach far more of the range.
Benchmark: May 2026 = 1.0x. AI revenue and AI traffic are indexed to May 2026. Visibility is brand visibility measured by Glara across ChatGPT and Gemini.
